The requirements for dwellings for tourist purposes are easily achievable and are defined in Article 6 of Decree 28/2016, of February 2, on dwellings for tourist purposes, and are:

  1. To have an occupancy license, and to comply at all times with the technical and quality conditions required for the dwellings.
  2. The rooms will have direct ventilation to the outside or to patios and some system for darkening the windows. This requirement will not be enforceable when the dwelling or the building in which it is integrated is listed as an Asset of Cultural Interest and the level of protection prevents any type of work, modification or intervention necessary to comply with the requirement.
  3. Be sufficiently furnished and equipped with the necessary appliances and fixtures for immediate use and in accordance with the number of places available.
  4. First aid kit.
  5. To have tourist information, in physical or electronic format, on the area, leisure areas, restaurants and cafeterias, stores and food stores, the closest parking lots to the home, medical services in the area, means of urban transportation, a map of the town and a guide to shows and events.
  6. All housing units shall have Complaint and Grievance Sheets available to users, and a sign announcing the same in a visible place inside the housing unit.
  7. Cleaning of the house upon arrival and departure of new clients.
  8. Bed linen, linens, household goods in general, depending on the occupancy of the dwelling and a replacement set.
  9. Provide users with a telephone number to immediately answer and resolve any questions or incidents related to housing.
  10. Have available to users information and operating instructions for household appliances or other devices that require it for their correct use.
  11. Inform the users of the internal rules regarding the use of the facilities, rooms and equipment of the dwelling, as well as the admission and existence of pets in the dwelling, restrictions for smokers and restricted use areas.

As the platforms are collected by us, and this is the condition for the acceptance of the guests, the payment is 100% guaranteed.

At the end of the month an invoice is issued for the amount corresponding to the reserves of the expired month.
